How do I book a real estate photo shoot?
Book online at listings.brightspacesphotography.com in a couple of minutes, or text 651-253-6380.
Do I need to be a real estate agent to book?
No. Anyone with a property to show off can book, including real estate agents, homeowners selling on their own, builders and remodelers, property managers, landlords, vacation rental hosts, interior designers and stagers, architects, and business and restaurant owners. Book online or text us at 651-253-6380.
How do I prepare my property for photos?
Turn on all the lights, open the blinds, clear the counters, tuck away personal items and move cars out of the driveway. Pets can't appear in MLS photos, so please plan to have them out of the house or secured during the shoot.
Do I need to be there during the shoot?
Only if you want to be. Just send us access details, like a lockbox location or door and garage codes. When we're done, we'll turn off the lights and lock up behind us.
Can you shoot today?
Often, yes. We fit in same-day shoots whenever the schedule allows. Text 651-253-6380 to check.
What if the weather is bad, or it's winter?
You can reschedule anytime, and we guarantee blue skies in every photo, from window views inside to exterior and drone shots, whatever the weather. We shoot all year, and exterior photos can be shot any time. As the seasons change, many agents book our $100 Exteriors Only shoot to capture or refresh exterior photos of the home and yard.

How much does real estate photography cost in Minneapolis?
Real estate photography starts at $180. Drone photography is $100, virtual staging starts at $10 a photo, 2D floor plans start at $80, Highlight Video Tours start at $275, Matterport 3D tours start at $200, and Exteriors Only shoots are $100. Virtual twilight is free on request.
How do I pay?
You pay online through your secure delivery link before downloading your photos.
How fast do I get my listing photos?
Your edited listing photos arrive by the next morning. Need them the same day? Add Same-Day Photography for $75 when you book. There's no shoot-time cutoff.
How many photos will I get?
As many as it takes to tell the home's story. Every home is different, so we don't set a fixed number.
What's included with every shoot?
Hand-edited photos, plus a slideshow tour, property web pages and ready-to-post marketing ads, all sent in your delivery email.
Are the photos MLS-ready?
Yes. Our HDR photos are edited and sized for the MLS, Zillow and social media.

Do you offer drone photography in the Twin Cities?
Yes. Drone photography is $100 and shows the home, the lot and the surroundings from above.
Do you offer virtual staging and decluttering?
Yes. Virtual staging and decluttering start at $10 a photo, and 10 or more photos are $75. We can furnish empty rooms or digitally declutter busy ones.
Do you make real estate videos?
Yes. Our cinematic Highlight Video Tours are $275 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, $350 for 2,000 to 4,000 sq ft and $400 for 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft, and walk buyers through the property's best features.
Do you offer Matterport 3D tours and floor plans?
Yes. Matterport 3D tours start at $200 and 2D floor plans are $80 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. Both can be captured in the same visit as your photos and 3D tours arrive with the listing photos, by the next morning, while floor plans are delivered within 24 hours.
Do you photograph vacation rentals and Airbnbs?
Yes. We photograph short-term rentals and vacation homes across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin, with bright photos that help listings stand out on Airbnb and VRBO.
Do you serve western Wisconsin?
Yes. Along with Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Twin Cities metro, we photograph homes in Hudson, River Falls, New Richmond, Somerset, Prescott, Baldwin, Osceola, St. Croix Falls, Ellsworth and the rest of St. Croix, Pierce and Polk counties.
