Captured in the same visit as your photos or booked on their own, and delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Floor plans are for marketing, and measurements are approximate.
How to Book
1. Book online. Pick your services and a time on our booking page. Questions? Text 651-253-6380.
2. We shoot. Photos, plus any video, drone photos, floor plan or 3D tour you added, all in one visit. You don't need to be there. Just send us access details, and we'll turn off the lights and lock up when we're done.
3. You list. Your edited photos arrive by the next morning, or the same day with the $75 Same-Day add-on. You pay online through your secure delivery link before you download.

How much does a real estate floor plan cost in the Twin Cities?
2D floor plans from BrightSpaces Photography are $80 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft and $100 for larger homes, based on finished square footage.
Can you do a floor plan at the same time as photos?
Yes. Photos, plus any floor plan, drone photos or video you add, are all captured in one visit.
Do I need a 3D tour to get a floor plan?
No. 2D floor plans can be booked on their own or with listing photos.
Are floor plan measurements exact?
Floor plans are for marketing. Measurements are approximate and aren't a substitute for an appraisal or an official measurement.
What do I get with a floor plan?
A 2D plan for every floor plus a final page combining all levels, with square footage included. Plans are delivered as unbranded JPEG files, ready for the MLS.
