Minneapolis Real Estate Photography
From a 1920s bungalow in Fulton to a warehouse loft in the North Loop, every Minneapolis listing has its own story to tell. BrightSpaces Photography shoots bright, hand-edited listing photos for agents and homeowners across Minneapolis, delivered by the next morning.
Photographing Minneapolis Homes, Neighborhood by Neighborhood

Bungalows, Tudors and Foursquares in South Minneapolis
Neighborhoods like Fulton were built out mostly in the 1920s and 1930s, and Longfellow and Nokomis are known for solid bungalows too. Rooms can be compact, so we shoot them bright and true to size and make the built-ins, woodwork and front porches stand out.
Lake homes around the Chain of Lakes
In Linden Hills, Kenwood and the homes around Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles, the lake is part of the price. Drone photography ($100) shows buyers how close the water really is.
Victorian homes and duplexes in the Wedge and Northeast
The Wedge and Northeast mix Queen Anne and Folk Victorian houses, bungalows and older homes converted into duplexes. For a duplex or small multifamily, we photograph each unit so buyers and investors see what they're getting.
Lofts and condos downtown and in the North Loop
Exposed brick, timber beams and big windows photograph beautifully when the exposure is balanced, so the city view is as clear as the room. We can include building amenities when the HOA allows it.
