Luxury Estate with Scenic Surroundings

Real Estate Drone Photography in Minneapolis, St. Paul & Western Wisconsin

Some homes sell the view, the lot or the location. Drone photography shows buyers all three. Our aerial photos are $100, captured in the same visit as your listing photos and edited by hand.

What Drone Photos Show That Ground Photos Can't

A photo from the curb shows the front of the house. A photo from above shows how the home sits on its lot and what's around it.

The lot and the yard

Lot lines, fenced yards, gardens, patios, pools and outbuildings, all in one frame. Great for big lots, corner lots and acreage.

The setting

Lakes, rivers, parks, trails and tree cover nearby. In the Twin Cities and the St. Croix Valley, that's often what buyers are paying for.

The neighborhood

How close the home is to a lake, a downtown, a school or a main road, so buyers understand the location before they visit.

Drone photos: $100, delivered with your listing photos by the next morning, or the same day with the $75 Same-Day add-on. They can also be booked on their own. Blue skies guaranteed in every drone photo, done in editing. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 licensed, and we follow airspace rules near airports and other restricted sites.

Drone photography from BrightSpaces Photography is $100, captured in the same visit as your listing photos or booked on its own.

How many drone photos will I get?

As many as it takes to show the home, the lot and the surroundings. Every property is different, so we don't set a fixed number.

Can you shoot drone photos on a cloudy day?

Yes. We guarantee blue skies in every drone photo, done in editing. If the weather is too rough to fly, you can reschedule anytime.

Can you fly a drone in winter?

Yes. We shoot all year, and exterior photos can be shot any time. Snow-covered lots and frozen lakes can look beautiful from above.

Do I need to be home for the drone shoot?

No. Drone photos are taken outside, usually in the same visit as your listing photos. Just send us access details if we're shooting inside too.
