Why Virtual Staging Helps Listings
Buyers see how rooms work
We add furniture and décor to empty rooms, so buyers can see where the sofa goes and how big the bedroom really is.
Clutter-free occupied rooms
Digital decluttering removes personal items and extra furniture when sellers or tenants are still living there.
Styles that fit the home
Choose from several design styles, and add staging to your photo shoot. It's an affordable way to win the listing.
1 photo: $10
5 photos: $45
10 or more photos: $75
Staging or decluttering, priced by the number of photos. Staged photos arrive with your listing photos, by the next morning. We stage furniture and décor only, never walls, floors or other permanent features. Ask about free virtual twilight, too. Check your MLS rules for labeling virtually staged photos.
